1, PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTION
The information contained in our website is intended for guidance only, and products, colour options and prices described in it are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this website are exclusive for internet customers only, and cannot be offered in conjunction with any other offers or promotions that may be advertised elsewhere.
2, PAYMENT
The price is in £ sterling and is agreed at the time the contract is made and includes Value Added Tax and other taxes, duties or tariffs. We'll take payment in any of the following four ways:
Credit / debit card on line and over the phone.
PayPal
Cheques
Postal orders.
3, CONTACT
Once an order is placed you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase, then upon shipping an email from our courier will be sent advising delivery info.
4, DELIVERY
Check the products properly prior to signing, If the products are cosmetically damaged, do not sign for them in any way or as unchecked this also applies for employees or agents or any third party of the customer. Send them straight back if the products are damaged, they will be returned to us (at the carrier’s expense) and we will sort out a replacement or refund as soon as possible. If the products have been signed for and you later discover they are cosmetically damaged, the guarantees will be invalidated and we will be unable to help.
5, DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
6, AFTER SALES
Once you have signed to say you have "received your products in good condition" you may not return your products to the company without a prior written agreement.
You must report any faulty workmanship in writing within 1 calendar month and send photograghic evidence of faulty workmanship. All faulty workmanship will be repaired providing that you notify us within a reasonable time scale.
Please note that we will charge you reasonable expenses incurred in dealing with unfounded claims made. In all cases remedies offered by us shall not affect your statutory rights or our responsibilities under the Sale Of Goods Act.
7,CANCELLATION
a) Customers are allowed a 14 Day "cooling off" period in which to cancel their order. Customers wishing to take up this option must ensure prior written notice is received at the Company address (provided below) within the "cooling off" period. Other than (a) above, you cannot cancel the order unless we are in breach or our obligations to you. Customers must keep a copy of all correspondence sent, Including proof of postage.
8,CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS
The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any consequential loss or damage and WILL NOT PAY FOR:-
a) Fair wear and tear or damage caused by negligence or improper use by the customer or customer's employees, or any third party.
b) Damage that occurs as a result of repairs or alterations made without our approval.
c) Loss or damage relating to your business.
9,SEVERABILITY
Each of these items is severable. This means that if one term is not legally enforceable that will not necessarily mean that the other terms are not enforceable.
10, Returns Policy
Returns accepted at the customers expense. We cannot accept returns that have been slept on,our items are described by us to the best of our judgement and experience, the frimness softness ratings is a guide and not to be relyed upon Showroom available to test before purchasing,comfort levels are personal preference each person may want different
Return to us at the address below with name voucher code and address and once back we will check its ok to restock not damaged or soiled or slept on and then refund according.
